I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provides conference space and meeting rooms, which were perfect for my work needs. The location on one of Moscow's main business streets in the downtown area was very convenient. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff were professional and accommodating.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have a space with computers, printers, and other office equipment readily available for any last-minute work requirements.

While my overall experience at Boutique Hotel Ambassadori was pleasant, I did encounter one minor issue. The variety and quality of the food could be improved to better meet the expectations of guests.

The hotel's comfort and luxury perfectly embody the essence of Moscow. The friendly staff at reception speak English and are very helpful. The room is cozy and meticulously cleaned. The highlight is the spacious swimming pool and sauna, open until midnight. The breakfast is served until 11 a.m. and check-out is at noon, ideal for a leisurely stay. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent.
